Lindsay Lohan Loses GTV Lawsuit

Is She Lost?

Is She Lost?

is anybody else worried that Lindsay Lohan might be a bit lost?

I don't mean "lost" in the sense that she has misplaced her internal compass - but in a philosophical sense. I mean, she has been doing some pretty weird shit lately...

Sure, she couldn't help the fact that her relationship went down the tubes in a pretty public and traumatic way (although, perhaps she could have - who knows).

But there's been a few issues in Lohan Land of late. The latest is a lawsuit brought before the producers of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Apparent Likeness

Apparent Likeness

Unfortunately for Lohan, Manhattan Appellate Division has recently ruled that Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. had nothing to worry about, as they didn't use Lohan's "name, portrait or picture" in producing an apparent likeness for the game.

It was always going to be a hard sell.

While Lindsay's lawyers are said to be looking at other options, we're still waiting to find out how her demands went in negotiating a deal to appear on Russian television.

You'll remember that, in the fallout with her young, Russian billionaire ex, there was a request by a Russian TV station to have her interviewed in the country. Of all the bizarre demands she made, perhaps the weirdest was a chat with President Vladimir Putin, so she can take selfies with him!

Yeah, like he hasn't got better stuff to do!

“This video game’s unique story, characters, dialog, and environment, combined with the player’s ability to choose how to proceed in the game, render it a work of fiction and satire,’’ wrote the judges in the Lohan case, according to news.com.au.

Sorry Lindsay...
