"Professor" Tyra Banks To Start Lecturing At Stanford

What Can't She Do?

What Can't She Do?

I know we (humans, I mean) tend to sing the praises of certain people. Often we even exaggerate by saying things such as "Is there nothing that he/she can't do?!"

But what about Tyra Banks? Super successful supermodel. Mother. TV Host. Producer. Author. Actress. Singer. Businesswoman.

I'm getting tired just listing the strings in her bow!

Porfessor Banks?!

Porfessor Banks?!

Well, not quite. But she will most certainly be teaching at Stanford.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Banks has been enlisted by Stanford University to help with classes teaching would-be business people about personal branding and social media networking.

Not Just A Pretty Face

Not Just A Pretty Face

To be fair to Tyra, we have known for some time that she is far, far more than just a pretty face, but this is something new altogether.

She'll co-teach twenty-five students in the graduate-level course, “Project You: Building and Extending your Personal Brand".

Next Top Model

Next Top Model

Tyra Banks, now a successful entrepreneur across many different platforms, in her earlier years, opened the door for young, black, models to break in to the industry.

Some of the forementioned simply by blazing a trail, but also by creating and providing a trail through her reality show, America’s Next Top Model.

Next Top Business Person?

Next Top Business Person?

That doesn't really have the same ring to it, does it? But it sounds vaguely familiar....

Oh yeah, Donald Trump kind of did the same thing, mercilessly taking mildly psychopathic pleasure in telling people "you're fired!"

We think that Tyra would do a better job at that, and at being the President of the USA. With her already impressive resume - who knows?!
