Furkids Animal Shelter has come up with a genius little commercial that cost them pennies and only took thirty minutes to film. Despite that relatively minimal effort when we consider some (most) of the advertisements we see, it has gone absolutely viral.

The internet has fallen in love with the cute little commercial, big time!

The commercial includes Paul Preston, appearing as a cheesy salesman trying to lure you in to adopting a kitten. It might sound very simple, and it is, but that's the genius in it.

In The Millions

In The Millions

Upon release, the short commercial has reached an audience numbering in the millions. When you consider that they spent next-to-nothing on making the thing, and even less time, you've got to wonder if advertising executives are scratching their heads trying to figure out how they did it!

As it turns out, Preston is not a comedian. According to all reports, he's a contractor with a rental property management company, who just happens to be hilarious. It was his sister who volunteers at Furkids, who came up with the idea for the commercial.
