The Spring Breakers star also donned a brown crop top that showed her taut tummy along with a small tan sweater.
She accessorized with earrings and necklaces and had her black hair up in a messy bun.
Vanessa completed her outfit with white socks and matching sneakers.
She recently spent time with her former High School Musical franchise co-star Ashley Tisdale and her 10-weeks-old daughter Jupiter.
Ashley, 35, shared a tender moment of Vanessa holding her baby on Friday on her Instagram Stories.

Ashley, 35, welcomed Jupiter in March with husband Christopher French, 39, whom she married in 2014.
